We are a high-growth LogTech (Logistics + Technology) startup rapidly expanding across Latin America. We help top-tier e-commerce brands scale their operations through our tech-enabled fulfillment network.
We are currently seeking a
Strategic Key Account Manager
to manage our most valuable client relationships. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a consultative position where you will use
data, operational insights, and technology
to drive customer success and retention.
The Role:
As our KAM, you will be the main strategic partner for a portfolio of high-profile e-commerce accounts. You will bridge the gap between our operations team and the client's business goals, ensuring their logistics run smoothly while identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management:
Own the relationship with Key Accounts (Tier 1), ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty. - Data Analysis:
Monitor operational KPIs daily (Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turn, Returns) to identify trends and proactively solve bottlenecks. - Strategic Consulting:
Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders. - Commercial Growth:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on the client's operational needs and growth patterns. - Crisis Resolution:
Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational issues, coordinating with Tech and Ops teams to provide fast solutions. - Contract Negotiation:
Lead renewal discussions and commercial negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements (Must Haves):
- Experience:
4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales. - Industry Background:
proven experience in
Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or SaaS
is mandatory. (Experience in companies like Mercado Libre, Amazon, Last-mile startups, or 3PLs is highly preferred). - Data-Driven Mindset:
Strong proficiency in
Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker). You must be comfortable using data to support your arguments. - Language:
Advanced English (C1)
is required for internal reporting and regional communication. - Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, resilience in fast-paced environments, and a problem-solving attitude.
