Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heróica Puebla de Zaragoza, PUE, for a Cost Control Manager. The Cost Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing cost control processes across various projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring project expenses, creating detailed cost reports, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Strong Analytical Skills related to cost analysis and financial performance
- Experience with Cost Reporting and project financial documentation
- Proficiency in Project Control techniques and tools
- Proven ability to monitor budgets and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or relevant industries is an advantage
