Job Title: Project Management Office LAT Intern
Location: Mexico
Duration: 1 year
Education Recommendations: Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Administration, Accounting or International Relations.

Responsibilities

As Part of the Team You Will:

  • Perform system transactions using SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI to support project management functions.
  • Develop and maintain data management tools with Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, and JavaScript for enhanced reporting.
  • Engage in data analysis processes, utilizing AI capabilities to drive insights and support decision-making.
  • Support automation initiatives aimed at simplifying workflows and enhancing operational efficiency within the PMO.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Strong design skills with an eye for engaging report layouts.
  • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros).
  • Analytical, Data handling and Data validation checks.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to ask for guidance.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Ability to drive automation projects that enhance team efficiency.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. Clear, concise writing in English + Spanish.

It Would Be Nice If You Also Have:

  • Prior internship or part time role in procurement, finance, or IT service management.
  • Exposure to ERP/SME tools.
