We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational AI systems that serve users in the healthcare and technology space.This is a backend -focused role where you will work on building memory -rich, multi -agent AI systems that use cutting -edge Generative AI tools to enhance communication between users and automated systems.The position involves 80% hands -on development of AI pipelines and 20% collaboration with product, AI research, and engineering teams to ensure high -quality performance, reliability, and scalability.You will work with modern frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, integrating advanced LLMs from major AI providers. Your work will directly impact the development of intelligent systems used globally by both patients and healthcare providers.This role requires a passion for AI system architecture, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance technical innovation with production -level stability. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).5+ years of experience in backend software development.2+ years working with AI agents, LLMs, or Generative AI frameworks.Strong knowledge of Python, cloud infrastructure, and API orchestration.Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.Proficiency in vector databases, embedding stores, and retrieval systems.Familiarity with multi -agent coordination and memory architectures.Ability to optimize token usage, latency, and real -time performance.Strong communication skills in English (professional proficiency).
