Job Information A Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering training programs and materials to manufacturing employees in order to enhance their knowledge and skills. The primary focus is to provide support and follow up on the annual training plan. This position will work closely with the training team and operations managers, supervisors and team leads.This position is expected to last through September 2026 with the potential to be extended. Role & ResponsibilityConduct and execute training sessions for new and existing manufacturing employees on various operational processes, equipment usage, safety protocols, and quality control proceduresDevelop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and training manuals, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to traineesAssess training needs through observation, feedback, and performance evaluations to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate training interventionsCollaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and manufacturing best practicesUtilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as classroom training, hands-on demonstrations, e-learning modules, and simulations, to facilitate effective learningManage and follow up on training purchase orders and monitor and evaluate trainee performance during and after training sessions, providing constructive feedback and additional coaching as neededMaintain training records and documentation, including attendance sheets, training completion certificates, and training evaluation forms and upload those records into our internal system (computer skills).Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and training methodologiesCollaborate with the Training Manager to continuously improve training programs, identify areas for enhancement, and implement innovative training solutions. And follow up on KPIs.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure safety rules are in training programs.Coordinate training sessions and support logistics. Job RequirementBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experiencePreferred experience in a manufacturing environment in a training or instructional roleKnowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operations, and quality control measuresExcellent communication and presentation skills (group control), with the ability to effectively deliver training content to diverse audiencesProficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia toolsDemonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop training materials, and measure training effectivenessStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate training records and documentation; as well as identify patterns and tendencies.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with employees at all levelsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlinesCommitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of manufacturing and trainingTravel required: < 10%Proficiency with digital tools (Power Point, Canva, Power BI, Power Apps, Teams, etc)The ability to speak English is preferred but not required.As a part of the Doosan Group, which employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countries worldwide, the company offers its customers products and solutions to help build stronger businesses and communities.
