HELEN Recruitment Specialists is looking for a Junior Sales Advisor

Requirements:

  • Education:Final-semester students pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience:Completed social service (internship) and previous experience performing duties related to this role.
  • Location:Must live within a 1-hour commute of the "Dr. Gálvez" Metrobús station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients.
  • Negotiation.
  • After-sales service.
  • Attending networking events.
  • New client prospecting.
  • Service presentations.
  • Market analysis.

  • Compensation:$5,000 MXN monthly initial scholarship/stipend.
  • Growth:Stipend adjustment and performance bonuses after 3 months.
  • Stability:Internal full-time contract and salary adjustment after 6 months.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM, and 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM 1:00 PM.
