Minimum requirements

Responsabilities:

Is responsible for monitoring, maintenance, lifecycle management and assurance of assigned services of the IT Infrastructure portfolio. This includes but is not limited to Active directory, Domain controller,
SCCM
, SCOM, Email systems, Chat & Messaging applications, Video Conferencing, Microsoft 365 , Voice-over-IP systems, Enterprise Mobility Management, Collaboration & Productivity products and other related services.

Is responsible for deployment, administration and L2 support of hardware as well as software systems and services.

All system changes and deployment activities are coordinated with Global Architecture team in order to ensure compliance and compatibility with company global infrastructure standards, capacity requirements and alignment with strategic business objectives.

The systems supported by the Global Systems Analyst are mission critical and have a profound impact upon the daily business functions and operations. Adherence to documented and established procedures is vital to

maintaining system uptime, performance and reducing the problem resolution period. Routine responsibilities and duties involve good use of best practices and procedures to provide stable business IT environment.

Minimum requirements

Hard Skills

Experience in the Area

Bachelor's degree in lnformation Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a relatad field. Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in similar function in global, multi-national enterprise

Good and strong work experience in Microsoft service like Active Directory, Domain controller,
SCCM (OS deploying, Windows updates and packages deployment),
SCOM, third-party patching and Bitlocker

Extensive knowledge about corporate email products and cloud productivity & collaboration platforms (Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange)

Experience with chat, Voice-over-IP and video conferencing solutions is

Strong understanding of security solutions for mobility and Unified Communication , ATP, Intune, Proofpoint and others).

Experience within end user hardware, peripherals and software.

English Advanced.
