Inventory and Flows Supervisor

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Inventory and Flows Supervisor.
What do you get to do in this position?
- Run Distribution Requirement Planning process on its perimeter.
- Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory level.
- Manage the purchase order portfolio analyse stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
- Responsible of the management of the team of KIB4 (Inventory and flow analyst).
- Performs and supports his/her team on daily operations linked to downstream and upstream flow management.
- Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, wellbeing.
- Supervise stock level and coverage according to service level for his team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory and Supply Planning, Inventory Replenishment,
- Excellent negotiation and comunication skills, Organization, Autonomus, Hands On, Team collaboration.
- Advanced English skills.
