Inventory and Flows Supervisor

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Inventory and Flows Supervisor.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Run Distribution Requirement Planning process on its perimeter.
  • Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory level.
  • Manage the purchase order portfolio analyse stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
  • Responsible of the management of the team of KIB4 (Inventory and flow analyst).
  • Performs and supports his/her team on daily operations linked to downstream and upstream flow management.
  • Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, wellbeing.
  • Supervise stock level and coverage according to service level for his team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory and Supply Planning, Inventory Replenishment, 
  • Excellent negotiation and comunication skills, Organization, Autonomus, Hands On, Team collaboration. 
  • Advanced English skills.
