Estamos buscando a una persona que lidere nuestra función legal interna y eleve al siguiente nivel la calidad de nuestros dictámenes legales y el modelo de automatización basado en inteligencia artificial.

Tu misión como Líder Legal en Efektiva

Serás responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y mejorar el análisis legal de los negocios que se registran en nuestra plataforma para emitir opiniones claras, defendibles y escalables sobre su nivel de riesgo legal.

Trabajarás de la mano de nuestro equipo técnico y de producto para traducir criterios jurídicos en reglas, modelos y flujos automatizados que nos ayuden a evaluar miles de compañías con precisión, consistencia y velocidad.

Responsabilidades

Revisar y analizar documentación corporativa de empresas (actas, poderes, estatutos, actas de asamblea, nombramientos, RFC, etc.).

  • Verificar estructura accionaria, facultades del órgano de administración, representación legal y poderes otorgados.
  • Identificar y documentar beneficiario controlador y partes relacionadas relevantes.

Analizar riesgos legales asociados a:

  • Demandas y litigios
  • Procedimientos administrativos o regulatorios
  • Listas negras, listas restrictivas y sancionatorias
  • Incumplimientos contractuales relevantes u otros indicadores de riesgo

Emitir dictámenes legales estructurados, prácticos y accionables para nuestros clientes corporativos.

  • Definir criterios, matrices y políticas internas de evaluación legal para distintos perfiles de empresas e industrias.

Colaborar con el equipo de producto, data y tecnología para:

  • Diseñar el modelo de automatización de dictámenes legales soportado por IA.
  • Entrenar y validar reglas y prompts legales.
  • Medir precisión, consistencia y tasa de falsos positivos/negativos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado/a en normatividad aplicable (societaria, PYME, PLD/FT, compliance de contrapartes) e incorporarla al framework de evaluación.
  • Aportar visión estratégica para el desarrollo de nuevos módulos legales dentro de la plataforma.

Perfil ideal

Licenciatura en Derecho.

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en:

  • Derecho corporativo y societario
  • Revisión de documentos de incorporación y gobierno corporativo
  • Análisis de poderes, facultades y órganos de administración

Experiencia deseable en:

  • KYC/KYB, PLD/FT, compliance, debida diligencia de contrapartes o M&A.
  • Interpretación de información legal vinculada a riesgo (litigios, sanciones, listas, etc.).

Capacidad probada para emitir opiniones legales claras, bien fundamentadas y entendibles para perfiles no abogados.

Mentalidad "AI-first":

  • Uso cotidiano de herramientas de IA y automatización.
  • Interés genuino en convertir criterios jurídicos en sistemas, flujos y modelos repetibles.
  • Alta atención al detalle y rigor técnico, pero con enfoque práctico de negocio.

Comodidad trabajando en entornos dinámicos de startup, con aprendizaje rápido y autonomía.

  • Español nativo; inglés intermedio o avanzado es un plus.
  • Ubicación abierta (rol 100% remoto, con colaboración diaria con equipo en México).
