Job Description Summary
Mantener y administrar en forma correctamente los inventarios a través de la correcta codificación, asegurando la codificación de material en tiempo y forma

Job Description
Recibir solicitud correcta ( Archivo en Excel CMR completamente lleno, CMR completamente autorizado

Captura de numero de secuencia para el CMR ( Formato de solicitud de codificacion de material )

Captura de CMR en tracking interno

Envio y Seguimiento al equipo de codificacion maestra ( CMR via email )

Recibir el CMR via email confirmando la codificacion maestra

Captura de codificacion local ( Sub Inv, Min Max, Lead time, GBT etc )

Envio y Notificacion al usuario final

Captura de Finalizacion al tracking interno de Almacén General

Recibir la solicitud y justificacion de cambio de min max ( Aprobacion de Gerente de Area de quien solicita )

Analizar y procesar el cambio para dar respuesta al usuario

Anexar la revision del cambio en sistema

Procesar y registrar los items Obsoletos/Inactivos asegurando remover planeacion y colocar revision de la solicitud

Recibir correctamente el vale con la solicitud ( Firmas/Min Max )

Capturar en tracking y generar Req de la cantidad solicitada

Notificación al usuario para la entrega de material

Capturar tracking fecha de entrega
