En Devsu buscamos un RPA/Automation Developer para uno de nuestros clientes de Ecuador. Este puesto es responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización inteligente que optimicen procesos críticos del negocio, garanticen eficiencia operativa y cumplan con los más altos estándares de seguridad y gobierno tecnológico propios del sector bancario.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener automatizaciones RPA utilizando UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Integration Services, Agentic workflows).
  • Implementar flujos de automatización con Power Automate, integrando procesos end-to-end dentro del ecosistema Microsoft.
  • Integrar soluciones de IA generativa mediante Azure OpenAI y/o AWS Bedrock para automatizaciones avanzadas y toma de decisiones asistida.
  • Gestionar y consumir APIs a través de Azure API Management (APIM) para integraciones seguras y escalables.
  • Participar en el levantamiento, análisis y optimización de procesos junto a equipos de negocio.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, gobierno, auditoría y trazabilidad, requeridos en entornos bancarios.
  • Monitorear, optimizar y dar soporte a procesos automatizados en ambientes productivos.
  • Documentar soluciones técnicas y flujos de automatización conforme a buenas prácticas.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas de mejora continua, escalabilidad y madurez del modelo de automatización del banco.
Requirements
  • Experiencia sólida en automatización de procesos (RPA) en entornos empresariales.
  • Dominio de UiPath, incluyendo: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Integration Services, UiPath Agentic / Automation Cloud
  • Experiencia con Power Automate (Cloud y Desktop).
  • Conocimiento práctico en Azure OpenAI y/o AWS Bedrock para automatización inteligente.
  • Experiencia integrando APIs mediante Azure API Management (APIM).
  • Conocimientos de arquitecturas de automatización escalables y seguras.
  • Experiencia previa en sector financiero o bancario (deseable).
Certificaciones (altamente valoradas)
  • UiPath Certified Professional – RPA Developer
  • Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
  • Certificaciones en Azure o AWS (deseable).
