Projects Purchasing Manager

  • Manages project purchasing team, ensures staff availability and grow the competence in line with the region Division organization
  • Drives project purchasing, pilot and forecast the project purchasing index & KPIs
  • Define and Implement standards by segment across the P1 purchasing network within the site
  • Assess the required workload and supports the project buyer teams in the different activities
  • Participate in the target setting of the P1 projects of the site
  • Warrants CAA Purchasing validation for his site
  • Represent Purchasing in the project process.
  • Participates to Project Meeting and Activities (Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee) and participates to Pre-SoCo and SoCo decisions with project Buyers.
  • Involves Segment Leader (or Group Segment Director) in appropriate timing to share project constraints and propose sourcing strategy compliant with Group Segment Strategy
  • Liaise with Project and Segment organizations to identify Bundle opportunities
  • Anticipates with Commodity Network, segments evolution and liaise accordingly with the PG
  • Ensure consistency between projects and segments Pre-SoCo & SoCo milestones
  • Ensure use and sharing of best practices to the P1Purchasing network throughout the PG
  • "Animate" and grow the P1 Purchasing network throughout the site
  • Establish clear activity dashboards to report key activity to top Management of thePL/ Division
  • Contribute to Working Groups to improve purchasing methodology
  • Participate to Crisis war-room if necessary
