Job OverviewWe are looking for the next Manufacturing Engineer to join the Hubbell family.A Day In The LifeThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product qualityEquipment & Tooling: Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling to support production operations.Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.Cost Reduction: Analyze manufacturing costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality.Implementation of 5S activities and Safety improvements in the areaSupport to production, QA, Planning in daily workWhat will help you thrive in this role?Eng.
