The
Influencer & Communications Specialist
supports the Public Relations Manager in developing and executing influencer and media engagement strategies across Royalton Hotels & Resorts. This role ensures seamless coordination with Field Marketing Managers, external partners, and internal teams to maximize brand visibility through influencer collaborations, press visits, and media outreach.

The position also contributes to strengthening Royalton's corporate communications by creating impactful content for media pitches, press releases, and newsletters, while safeguarding the company's reputation through accurate monitoring, reporting, and relationship management.

By collaborating closely with Marketing, PR agencies, and Field Marketing teams, the Specialist guarantees alignment, consistency, and excellence in execution directly contributing to the Royalton brand identity and enhancing visibility across all destinations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
    (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in public relations, influencer marketing, or communications.
  • Fluency in
    Spanish and English
    , with excellent business communication and writing skills.
  • Experience managing
    influencer relations, logistics, and reporting
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    branding, corporate communication, and social media
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and familiarity with media monitoring and influencer platforms.
  • (Desirable) Experience in
    hospitality, travel, or lifestyle marketing
    .
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of
    Canva or basic graphic design tools
    .
