We are seeking a dedicated
Systems Support Engineer
to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support within a manufacturing or industrial environment, ensuring the proper functioning of computer hardware, software, networks, and user systems. The role includes troubleshooting, managing ticketing requests, supporting Windows and Office 365 environments, and maintaining reliable IT operations to meet production needs. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced production settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory.


• Networks: LAN/WAN concepts, VPN, IP, DHCP, DNS.


• Computer hardware, thermal printers, and industrial label printers.
• Handling of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).


• Basic knowledge of servers and virtualization (desirable).


• Basic cybersecurity knowledge. Main QUALIFICATIONS:


• Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• 1–3 years in technical support or IT analyst positions.


• Support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory.


• Networks: LAN/WAN concepts, VPN, IP, DHCP, DNS.


• Computer hardware, thermal printers, and industrial label printers.


• Handling of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).


• Basic cybersecurity knowledge.


• Advanced English.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving focus.


• Effective communication and user interaction.


• Ability to work under pressure and in production environments.


• Teamwork.


• Organization and priority management.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
:


• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.


• Experience with manufacturing systems (MES/ERP).


• Basic knowledge of servers and virtualization.
