Operations and Logistics Associate

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to help manage Inventory. This role's primary focus is handling Purchase Orders for Inventory, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery, and ensuring healthy stock levels across our branches. You'll also oversee some ERP tasks like creating branch transfers, Purchase Orders, etc. ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and record keeping.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the process from placing the purchase order to on-time delivery for 10-20 shipments/month
  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders quickly to handle any shipping delays or issues right away
  • Ensure inventory at all branches are at healthy levels to avoid stockouts
  • Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions or process improvements.
  • Manage ERP tasks, including setting up purchase orders and branch transfers in our ERP, organizing invoices, etc. with 100% accuracy.
What We're Looking For
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with operations/shipping/logistics and familiarity with shipping/logistics terminology
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement automations or process improvements.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining knowledge base content to streamline operations.
  • Experience with ecommerce (Shopify, Amazon etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems

Salary: $1500-$1800 USD/month
