Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations/Finance Manager based in Querétaro, Mexico. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, budgeting, and planning, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities also include managing operational processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business and sustained growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Strong skills in operational planning, process optimization, and workflow management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
  • Experience with financial software and attention to detail in financial reporting
  • Ability to work on-site in Querétaro, Mexico
  • Experience in automotive industry or alike preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in operations and finance management roles
  • Familiarity with international business practices and collaboration is a plus
