Maintenance Specialist

The Maintenance Specialist will:

-Institutionalize TPM sustainability owning alignment with VOS and closing audit gaps across AM/PM/EEM/Training/Quality/EHS pillars.

-Accelerate pillar maturity and prepare the site for VOS certification and audits

-Lift asset performance by targeting OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PMC/PM compliance.

-Standardize governance with Tier 2/Tier 3 accountability, RCA to corporate standards, and monthly KPI reporting into CMMS.

-Lead strategic projects (equipment relocations, capacity expansions, digitalization, predictive maintenance) ensuring readiness and reliability at start up.

-Optimize spares and change control (critical spares list) to reduce downtime risk and cost.

The role directly supports the revenue ramp by protecting uptime, standardizing TPM governance, and enabling reliable launches and transfers. In short, it fortifies technical and management capabilities, so Vertiv Tijuana's expansion proceeds under full control, compliance, and alignment with TPM according to VOS.
