Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated
Senior Quality Engineer
with a strong background in electronic manufacturing to lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate has solid experience in customer quality, team leadership, and process optimization through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support customer quality activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement in satisfaction.
  • Manage and conduct internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Drive systematic root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, CAPA, etc.) to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee and train teams in IPC-A-610 inspection criteria for electronic assemblies and components.
  • Develop and monitor Quality KPIs and metrics, preparing regular reports for management and customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement Lean Quality System process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor team members to strengthen problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, customer standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015; Lead Auditor certification required.
  • Strong experience with IPC-A-610 standards.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (8D, CAPA, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities; effective team player.
