Trabajamos con empresas de alto nivel y somos referentes en diseño aplicado a producto, visual merchandising y comunicación visual orientada a ventas.

Buscamos integrar a nuestro equipo de Marketing a un(a) Diseñador(a) Gráfico/a que entienda que el diseño no es solo estética, sino una herramienta estratégica para atraer clientes, generar leads y fortalecer la marca.

Objetivo del puesto

Crear y optimizar contenido visual de alto impacto para campañas digitales, ecommerce y redes sociales, alineando creatividad, branding y performance para impulsar ventas y posicionamiento de marca.

Responsabilidades principales


• Diseñar artes y visuales para redes sociales, campañas publicitarias y ecommerce.


• Desarrollar contenido gráfico y audiovisual.


• Edición de video (Reels, Shorts y Ads).


• Colaborar con las áreas de marketing, ventas y producción para cumplir objetivos comerciales.


• Adaptar diseños a requerimientos técnicos reales (medidas, formatos, resolución, impresión y digital).

Requisitos


• Licenciatura o carrera técnica en Diseño Gráfico, Marketing, Publicidad o afín.


• Experiencia en diseño para marketing digital y redes sociales.


• Conocimiento básico de ecommerce, anuncios digitales y contenido orientado a conversión.


• Interés y apertura para el uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al diseño y marketing.

• Alta sensibilidad estética y gusto por el diseño comercial.


• Capacidad de ejecución rápida sin sacrificar calidad.


• Mentalidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje continuo.


• Interés real por el diseño aplicado a productos físicos y marcas reales.
