Position at a Glance

The
Central Finance Manager
will play a key leadership role within our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City, partnering closely with the North America Central Finance team in Chicago. This position is responsible for the end-to-end consolidation of the North America P&L, covering Revenue, CoGS, SG&A, Marketing, R&D, and other financial areas, while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and governance across all reporting cycles.

The manager will lead a team of four analysts, driving analytical capabilities and insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Additionally, this role oversees SG&A and Capex tracking, ensuring effective investment visibility and control.

Reporting to the FP&A Tower Lead in Mexico and indirectly to the onshore finance team, the ideal candidate combines robust FP&A expertise, leadership experience and stakeholder management skills, contributing to the continued growth and excellence of our global finance organization.

What's on Menu?

  • Support consolidation of the full North America P&L (Revenue, CoGS, SG&A, Marketing and R&D Expenses and other operational items) for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles;
  • Prepare and manage variance analysis (actual vs. forecast vs. budget) and provide clear commentary about NA Business performance;
  • Build Monthly Performance Reviews material sharing details and insights regarding business financial performance;
  • Manage sales, general and administrative expenses understanding its overall spent, cross check it with key systems and support cost center creation;
  • Track Marketing expenses giving visibility of key investments and consumption, highlighting risks and opportunities;
  • Own Supply Chain and IT Capex tracking, upload investments in CAPEX tolls (4Site) and support its reconciliation vs other financial systems;
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and strategic projects as needed;

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
  • Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles;
  • Background from Food & Beverage or FMCG industries (F500 background would be considered a plus);
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or any Finance certification (CFPA, CFA, CPA, CMA) are an extra asset;
  • Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams;
  • Experience of working with an international environment;
  • Skills
  • Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Solid analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail;
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment;
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude;
