This Position reports to:
HR Business PartnerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.
The work model for the role is: #L-100%onsite
This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION in NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
- Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
- Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
- Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
- HR Leadership & Strategic Partnership with senior site leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business objectives and organizational goals. Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy.
- Engagement, Projects & Data Integrity – Manage engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives, as well as company social events. Actively contribute to EL HR projects and maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and Workday data.
Qualifications for the role
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders confidently.
- Proven senior HRBP or HR Generalist experience in operational, commercial operations, or post-sales environments. Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years related Human Resource experience. Strong knowledge of employee relations, coaching techniques, investigations, and labor practices. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience driving organizational changes.
- Proficient with MS Office, experience using Workday preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, payroll processes, and HR data governance.
- Highly self-driven and autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership and execution focus.
- Confident leadership presence, capable of constructively challenging leaders and driving accountability without relying on authority.
- Full availability for a 100% onsite role in San Pedro, with a strong commitment to close employee and leadership support.
