¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un/a Director/a de Inteligencia Artificial para liderar la visión, estrategia y ejecución de nuestras capacidades de IA y analítica avanzada.

Será responsable de desarrollar productos impulsados por datos e inteligencia predictiva que mejoren la eficiencia operativa, la toma de decisiones y la rentabilidad del negocio.

Tu misión será convertir la información en un motor de valor, escalando los modelos de Machine Learning y AI generativa que impulsen la automatización de procesos financieros y la personalización de servicios.

¿Qué harás?

1) Estrategia y visión de IA

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de IA y datos de Kashio.
  • Desarrollar el roadmap de productos inteligentes en colaboración con Producto, Tecnología y Operaciones.
  • Promover una cultura data-driven en toda la organización.
  • Asegurar la gobernanza, calidad y privacidad de los datos (GDPR, PCI DSS).

2) Desarrollo de soluciones de IA

  • Liderar el desarrollo de modelos de ML y AI generativa para scoring, reconciliación, predicción de pagos y automatización.
  • Implementar prácticas de MLOps, experimentación y monitoreo de modelos en producción.
  • Asegurar el impacto medible de la IA en eficiencia operativa, retención y revenue.

3) Liderazgo de equipo y colaboración

  • Construir y liderar equipos de Data Science, MLOps e Ingeniería de Datos.
  • Colaborar con Producto y Tecnología para integrar IA en la experiencia del cliente y flujo de negocio.
  • Mantener relaciones con partners estratégicos, universidades y comunidades de IA.

Requisitos

  • +7 años de experiencia en ciencia de datos, IA aplicada o analítica avanzada.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos en entornos fintech o SaaS.
  • Dominio de Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, MLOps y arquitecturas de datos modernas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en modelos generativos, NLP y aprendizaje profundo.
  • Experiencia con nubes públicas (AWS, GCP, Azure) y arquitecturas escalables.
  • Inglés avanzado.
