The Impact You'll Make

As our Design Engineer , you'll play a key role in working with colleagues and cooperation partners across functions and locations (globally) is key in achieving success in the job. 

Your impact? You will work with 12 local colleagues and report directly to the Engineering manager to keep well informed on new developments in the research and design engineering.

You'll collaborate with teams  and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more innovative future.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Research, design, evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
  • Prepare designs, specifications, analysis, and recommendations for development of new product variants.
  • Collaborate with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
  • Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.
  • 3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.
  • Proficiency in Inventor or another 3D-CAD system.
  • Global mindset and outstanding communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
