Advertiser Relation Manager

What you'll do:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with advertisers in the LATAM region;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for advertisers and addressing their queries and concerns;
  • Managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI;
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing regular reports to advertisers;
  • Coordinating with the internal team to ensure seamless campaign execution;
  • Upselling additional products and services to existing and potential advertisers to enhance their marketing strategies and maximize revenue;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential advertisers to grow the network;
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and industry regulations.

What we expect:

  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms;
  • High level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach;
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
