You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
  • Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
  • Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

Responsable de asegurar la precisión de los pronósticos de ventas por cliente y de impulsar la eficiencia operativa a través de la automatización de procesos. Colaborará estrechamente con los equipos de ventas y operaciones para optimizar la planificación y el soporte a los canales de consumo masivo, utilizando un enfoque analítico y comunicativo.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Garantizar la elaboración y el monitoreo de pronósticos de ventas precisos a nivel de cliente, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

  • Automatización de Procesos; Proponer, desarrollar e implementar soluciones para la automatización de procesos clave dentro del área de planificación de ventas y en los canales de distribución.

  • Análisis y Procesamiento de Datos: Recopilar, procesar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos de ventas y mercado para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y riesgos.

  • Mantener una alineación constante con los equipos de ventas y operaciones (CSL y planeación) para asegurar la coherencia en la estrategia y ejecución.

  • Brindar apoyo estratégico a los diferentes canales de venta en la implementación de iniciativas de automatización y mejora de procesos

Education / Certifications: Lic. Administración/ Negocio o a fines

Job specific requirements:

  • Experiencia previa en roles de planificación o análisis dentro de un área administrativa de ventas.

  • Sólido conocimiento y comprensión de los diferentes canales en el sector de consumo masivo (FMCG).

  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, funciones avanzadas, macros preferiblemente).

  • Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI es un plus

  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para estructurar información de manera clara y lógica.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, con la capacidad de interactuar eficazmente con diversos equipos.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.

  • Inglés intermedio
