Overall Description:
Lenovo is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Financial Digital Transformation Specialist to drive the digital evolution of our finance function. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the end-to-end business from Finance, including financial performance, operations, and strategic objectives. As a Financial Digital Transformation expert, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our finance organization by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business value. Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Have vision of the industry best practice and guide finance business to achieve corporate strategy with the solution.
- Represent Finance team to participate in cross-function projects.
- Identify business requirements from various business units for finance/accounting/tax process and reporting, work with relevant IT functions to produce workable solution proposals.
- Track project progress closely to ensure on-time delivery and flawless operations.
- Coordinate cross-function teams to identify issues that lead to inaccurate finance result, reporting, and propose solutions accordingly
- Lead cross-function teams to establish and/or optimize finance processes to support various business scenarios.
- Review, develop and optimize service finance and operation treatment principles to align with business nature and needs
Skills
- Experience in enterprise information projects within large SAP environments, especially SAP FICO in manufacturing.
- Minimum of 4 years in project management.
- Deep expertise in of the following areas: AI adoption practices or strong interest in AI. CPA certification. PMP certification. Service warranty cost analysis. Business requirements documentation and feature analysis. Operating model design in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax. Development and implementation of new operating models or reorganizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
- Skilled at synthesizing key insights from limited or excessive information to drive action.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., plans, BMS, BP, UAT, RT, PPS).
