Como Project Leader - Internal Systems - IT en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.

Imagínate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y
siendo responsable de
:

  • Dirigir y desarrollar analistas de soporte operativo para centros logísticos a nivel local y regional.
  • Coordinar puestas en marcha, ampliaciones y mudanzas de infraestructura.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad, calidad y escalabilidad de los servicios tecnológicos en los centros logísticos.
  • Gestionar y supervisar inventarios, stocks y activos tecnológicos de la operación.
  • Implementar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para la predicción de fallos, automatización de procesos y optimización de rutas logísticas.
  • Ejecutar proyectos de alcance regional, con disponibilidad para realizar traslados y visitas por la zona

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y promoviendo el desarrollo de talento.
  • Trayectoria como líder de proyectos o squads bajo metodologías ágiles y escalables.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en gestión de infraestructura, disponibilidad de sistemas y métricas de rendimiento.
  • Conocimiento en la aplicación de modelos de IA y análisis de datos para la mejora de la eficiencia operativa en supply chain.
  • Dominio de marcos de trabajo como ITIL, SRE y metodologías ágiles.
