Software Engineer Backend
en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.

Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y
siendo responsable de
:

  • Dominar los contextos de negocio asociados a tu área de trabajo y establecer relaciones con Producto, TI y equipos de seguridad.
  • Validar y gestionar, junto con los equipos de desarrollo y producto, reportes de vulnerabilidades detectadas.
  • Coordinar planes de acción y fechas de corrección.
  • Participar en la definición de requisitos de seguridad y en revisiones de diseño de arquitectura para detectar fallas.
  • Realizar análisis de seguridad desde la perspectiva de los flujos de negocio, identificando posibles casos de abuso y su materialización.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de terceros para nuevos socios.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Conocer y aplicar IA en la seguridad empresarial, proponiendo e implementando ideas dentro del contexto de trabajo del equipo.
  • Desarrollar la capacidad de crear soluciones que utilicen IA para automatizar el trabajo de evaluación de seguridad, por ejemplo, el modelado de amenazas.
  • Tener experiencia y capacidad para liderar proyectos estratégicos que involucren IA para la Seguridad de la Información, así como una comprensión profunda del sesgo algorítmico, la privacidad y la mitigación de riesgos.
  • Comprender la transformación de datos como limpieza, enriquecimiento, normalización, etc.
  • Conocer estrategias para explotar vulnerabilidades en Inteligencia Artificial.
