We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in the dubbing and entertainment industry. This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with freelancers and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. About the role
  • Manage multiple projects and being accountable for all aspects of each project including project planning, quality, scheduling, booking external resources, and creating status and feedback reports.
  • Assemble teams of freelance Adapters for each project
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract vendors
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure quality implementation and strict adherence to timeline and client's deadline in order to reach customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain project financials
  • Meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues
  • Use communication tools - slack & other
  • Generate payment orders for every freelance job assigned for internal accounting

Job starts immediately - minimum 3 months with option for a longer period.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in international project management, including at least 3 years in a comparable role within dubbing, television, or entertainment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and collaboration tools such as Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slack, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
  • Audio/video editing experience is a plus.
  • High level of English and Spanish
