This position is a remote position to work from Mexico. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.

Job Title: L3 Application Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced
L3 Application Support Engineer
with a strong background in software development and problem-solving to join our team.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of L3 Application Support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Proficient in Java or similar programming language.
  • Strong debugging and scripting skills, including Linux bash scripting.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Comfortable working on support issues while building out tools and automation.
  • Ability to identify edge cases and implement validations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, JIRA, and incident management systems.
  • Understanding of SDLC, support ticketing, and prioritization processes.
