Description
Responsable de la administracion de los recursos del area u operacion asignada.

Enfocado al logro de objetivos, asegurándose que el plan de producción definido sea ejecutado dentro de los parámetros de seguridad, calidad y volumen requeridos; distribuyendo las cargas de trabajo del área.

Gestiona recursos humanos, materiales y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de producción, monitoreando los indicadores claves que le permitan tomar decisiones a través de su liderazgo.

Principales Responsabilidades
Lograr que su personal labore en un ambiente seguro.

Asegurarse que la calidad del producto y/o proceso se cumpla con los estándares establecidos.

Administración de su personal.

Cumplir con las necesidades de producción.

Promover e implementar proyectos de mejora dentro de su área de trabajo.

Solicitar estudios de riesgo, reportar y dar seguimiento a los accidentes, incidentes y hallazgos encontrados en su área de trabajo.

Liderear análisis de causa raíz, auditorias por capas y garantizar las condiciones de su área para recibir auditorías externas, todo esto enfocado a la calidad.

Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Directs and coordinates multiple wafer fab operations required in the production of semiconductor integrated circuits. Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to, wafer fabrication, assembly line maintenance, equipment engineering, process engineering and chemical mix activities. Establishes production schedules based on product requirements and material supply. Manages budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
