Revenue Manager – Holiday Inn Reynosa Industrial Poniente

En Holiday Inn Reynosa Industrial Poniente, estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Revenue Manager que lidere la estrategia de precios, maximización de ingresos y análisis de mercado del hotel. Buscamos a un profesional con enfoque analítico, visión estratégica y experiencia en ventas hoteleras.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de revenue para maximizar ocupación, ADR y RevPAR.
  • Monitorear demanda, tendencias del mercado y comportamiento de la competencia para ajustar tarifas y pronósticos.
  • Gestionar inventarios y canales de distribución (OTAs, GDS, CRS).
  • Elaborar reportes de desempeño y proyecciones de ingresos para la Dirección.
  • Coordinar con áreas clave (Ventas, Reservaciones y Operaciones) para asegurar estrategias alineadas.
  • Análisis de segmentos, comportamiento del cliente y rentabilidad por canal.
  • Participación en reuniones comerciales y soporte al área de Ventas en procesos clave.
  • Supervisar cumplimiento de estándares de marca en sistemas de revenue.

Requisitos

  • Coche propio (indispensable).
  • Carrera profesional administrativa, turística o afín.
  • Experiencia previa en ventas o áreas comerciales del sector hotelero.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Dominio de herramientas de análisis, Excel y sistemas hoteleros (deseable).
  • Capacidad para trabajar con indicadores y manejo de múltiples proyectos.
