El rol
El Meeting Planner es responsable de planear, coordinar y ejecutar integralmente eventos corporativos, conferencias y experiencias de marca. Su función es garantizar la excelencia operativa, el cumplimiento financiero y la satisfacción del cliente, desde la conceptualización hasta el cierre del evento, asegurando que cada detalle refleje los estándares de calidad y el
ADN creativo de TAO.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Coordinar eventos corporativos.
- Diseñar propuestas innovadoras y creativas.
- Crear experiencias memorables.
- Estrategias de negociación con proveedores.
- Cierres administrativos / financieros.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en la organización de eventos corporativos, incentivos o MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions).
- Licenciatura en
Turismo, Relaciones Públicas o Administración
. - Disponibilidad de viajar
- Conocimiento del medio (agencias/turismo)
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
Ofrecemos

- Sueldo neto mensual de $17,000 a $20,000.
