HR Systems Specialist – SYNLAB Mexico

About the role

At SYNLAB, we are committed to excellence and innovation in diagnostics and healthcare. We're looking for an HR Systems Specialist to serve as the main communication and solutions channel for Latin America in the implementation, operation, and daily use of Oracle Compass.

This position plays a key role in supporting local HR teams, ensuring smooth system operation, and promoting efficient digital processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for system users in LATAM, providing first-level support.
• Implement and support HR system solutions in Oracle Compass, collaborating closely with Latin America users.
• Partner with the HR and IT teams to drive system improvements and integrations.
• Support change management initiatives, including developing training materials, conducting workshops, and managing configuration updates.
• Deliver user training sessions and ensure effective adoption of new functionalities and system enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain ad-hoc and recurring reports to support HR operations and decision-making.
• Align with global headquarters to ensure consistency with corporate HR standards and processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of HR experience (personnel administration or HR generalist roles).
• 2–3 years of IT-related experience or academic background (degree in IT or experience in 1st / 2nd level support).
• Experience in HR software implementation, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM or similar systems.
• Previous experience in large, decentralized organizations or holding structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
