Reports To: Supply Chain Lead

Mandatory:

  • Graduate in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Economics.
  • At least 4-years of work experience in procurement consulting, category management, source-to-contract process, spend analysis, contract management and client management.
  • At least 2 yrs of experience managing services, IT, Soft
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools.
  • Client management skills, able to communicate to the point in a quick and effective manner.
  • Ability to summarize information.
  • Capable of thinking critically at a situation and identifying opportunities.
  • Confident ability to priorities own work often within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work with international teams and overseas stakeholders with proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Ariba is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing other services categories such as Professional Services and Marketing is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Client business stakeholders and Suppliers.
  • Drive decision-making aligned with Client's needs.
  • Collaborate with the Client throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Run end-to-end sourcing projects (e.g., Scope clarifications with business, RFx development, NDA management, supplier communication, RFx Execution, pricing analysis, commercial negotiations, draft contracts and recommendation summarization) based on predefined service levels, managing multiple simple and/or intermediate projects simultaneously along with team management.
  • Participate actively in peer reviews for other team members projects and check for quality, consistency and compliance with Infosys quality methodology and client specific requirements.
  • Follow the delivery schedule for the team and ensure delivery of output within client timeframes and quality.
  • Complete pricing analysis using tools like Excel and PowerBI.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for sourcing tools.
