  • Work Type: Work From Home

What Youll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer support over the phone.

  • Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.

  • Develop expertise in The Home Depots products, services, and policies.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

  • English Proficiency: B2+ or C1

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Skills: Sharp, proactive, and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Legal Requirements: Mexican ID, High School Diploma (or equivalent)

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $14,000 MXN/month

  • WFH Bonus: $1,000 MXN/month

  • Performance Bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations)

  • Paid Training: Up to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, TBC)

  • Law Benefits + Major Medical Insurance (after 90 days)
