Buscamos un/a Docente de Inglés con experiencia en ESL y formación docente, para brindar acompañamiento académico a profesores que implementan programas AMCO de Inglés, con un enfoque en el desarrollo de competencias lingüísticas y la preparación para certificaciones internacionales como Cambridge y/o Excellence.

La posición combina asesorías académicas, masterclasses, seguimiento pedagógico y diseño de recursos, impactando directamente en la mejora de prácticas docentes y en los procesos de certificación en inglés.

Funciones clave

  • Impartir asesorías académicas sincrónicas a docentes de inglés (ESL).
  • Facilitar capacitaciones y masterclasses sobre estrategias pedagógicas y estándares internacionales.
  • Dar seguimiento y retroalimentación a cursos y actividades en AMCO Academy.
  • Diseñar materiales didácticos, recursos digitales y mock tests alineados a CEFR y certificaciones.
  • Documentar avances, reportes y resultados académicos.

Experiencia requerida:

  • Nivel de inglés C1 mínimo
  • Experiencia en enseñanza de inglés como segunda lengua (ESL) a adultos y/o docentes.
  • Experiencia como co-diseñador/a instruccional en la creación de cursos de inglés online.
  • Diseño de contenidos, actividades, evaluaciones y mock tests alineados a CEFR y certificaciones.
  • Manejo de metodologías ESL, enfoque comunicativo y aprendizaje basado en tareas.
  • Experiencia en plataformas LMS, clases sincrónicas y herramientas digitales.
