¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?

  • Gestión de riesgos y excepciones: Anticipar y mitigar riesgos en la cadena de suministro mediante planificación basada en escenarios.
  • Colaboración interna y externa: Trabajar con el Supply Planner, Market Collaboration Planner y otros actores para implementar el plan de suministro.
  • Optimización del servicio: Balancear trade-offs entre servicio e inventario en el horizonte de corto plazo.
  • Mejora continua: Aplicar soluciones digitales y prácticas de "solve it once and for all" para reducir problemas recurrentes.

LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO

Experiencias & Calificaciones
  • Licenciatura terminada en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración, Economía o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en áreas de planeación, logística, cadena de suministro o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia comprobada en planeación de demanda, gestión de inventarios o coordinación de operaciones.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de Excel y sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle u otros).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (capaz de comunicarse con equipos globales y leer documentación técnica).
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos de mejora continua, automatización o transformación digital.

  • Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en la solución de problemas complejos.
  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas, trabajar bajo presión y tomar decisiones en entornos dinámicos.
  • Comunicación eficaz con equipos multidisciplinarios y personas aliadas estratégicas.
