Objetivo del puesto:
Brindar apoyo logístico y operativo asegurando la entrega oportuna y segura de documentos, materiales y correspondencia tanto interna como externa. Facilitar la comunicación y la eficiencia operativa mediante el transporte confiable de información y recursos.
1.Traslados Ejecutivos.
2.Recoger y entregar documentos entre las distintas áreas de la empresa y a clientes o proveedores externos, asegurando que la información llegue de manera puntual y segura.
Realizar trámites administrativos en oficinas de gobierno, bancos o instituciones, siguiendo los lineamientos proporcionados.
Distribuir la correspondencia .
Mantener el vehículo de la empresa en condiciones óptimas, asegurando su limpieza, buen funcionamiento y gestión de su mantenimiento cuando sea necesario.
Seguir todas las normas de seguridad vial y regulaciones aplicables durante la conducción, garantizando la seguridad personal y de los materiales transportados.
Requisitos:
Experiencia: 2 Años en puestos similares.
