Product Engineer

• Mission
• - Ensure the manufacturability of products.
  - Coordinate and follow up on product changes.
  - Coordinate rework of obsoletes and propose product changes to improve Quality, Cost, and production line efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of each ECO released by the customer and with suppliers. 

Development and monitoring of VA/VE Plans (savings). Coordinate product tests. Issuance and follow-up of Intervention Notices. Visits to suppliers for change/development tests. Follow-up on the design of new products. Timely quotation of ECRs. 

Product corrections with R&D to solve quality issues.

Minimum education level 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial engineer, similar or internal development.

Professional Experience 

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry, production process. (Sewing, cutting or assembly process)
