Product Manager | Paytech | Mexico City | On-site

At Ya Ganaste, we support more than 500,000 merchants in 7 countries to accept payments and sell more. We process millions of transactions every month — and we need someone ready to take the lead in building the products behind that scale.

We're looking for a Product Manager with fintech experience who can turn user pain points into real products: write sharp PRDs, get hands-on in Figma, and stay close to merchants and end-users to understand what really matters.

Your challenges

  • Merchant Acquiring SaaS: build tools that help mid-sized and large merchants manage and optimize their payments.
  • Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and set the right priorities.
  • Work closely with tech, ops, and commercial teams to launch frictionless products.
  • Measure impact, learn fast, and iterate.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in fintech or merchant acquiring.
  • Track record writing PRDs that turn into real products.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and a strong eye for UX.
  • Ability to bring the user's voice into every conversation.
  • Ownership mindset, speed, and continuous improvement.
