Essential Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A Manager to support the financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis activities for the PES organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide insights, improve forecasting, and support decision-making across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes for PES.
  • Collaborate with corporate and business unit finance teams to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
  • Drive improvements in planning accuracy and financial process efficiency. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Consolidate and analyze financial results across PES functions and business units.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses for leadership.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions. Business Partnership
  • Partner with operational and commercial leaders to understand business drivers and support financial performance.
  • Analyze revenue and margin performance across key product lines and geographies.
  • Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and special projects.

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Help standardize FP&A tools, templates, and reporting practices across PES.
  • Own the PES financial calendar and manage key deliverables.
  • Support the transition from HFM to OneStream by assisting with reconciliations, report development, and end-user adoption

Controls & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
  • Support internal control processes and adherence to corporate accounting policies.
