Job Title: Junior Project Manager / Business Operations Associate

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

Compensation: 37,000 to 42,000 MXN monthly

We are a consulting and operations firm that helps US based companies improve their systems, workflows and customer operations. Our work ranges from building internal processes to managing sales pipelines and solving operational bottlenecks. We are looking for someone who learns fast, communicates clearly and enjoys figuring things out.

What You Will Do

  • Manage project timelines and keep tasks moving across multiple work streams
  • Break down complex problems into clear steps and help build simple workflows
  • Support business development tasks such as coordinating outreach, maintaining CRM data and preparing follow ups
  • Assist with documenting SOPs and creating organized internal processes
  • Help troubleshoot operational issues and identify gaps in systems
  • Join internal and client meetings, capture action items and make sure next steps happen
  • Communicate with US based teams and work in a fast paced environment

What We Look For

  • One to three years experience in project management, operations, consulting or business development
  • Experience working in structured or fast paced environments
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and jumping into new problems
  • Able to learn new tools quickly and work with CRMs, project management platforms and AI tools
  • Detail oriented, reliable and proactive
  • Able to work as a contractor or receive direct pay from the US

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating workflows, SOPs or process documentation
  • Familiarity with Monday or other project management tools
  • Curiosity for AI enabled operations or automation
