About the Role

BYD is looking for a
Spare Parts Business Specialist
to support the commercial and operational development of our aftersales parts business. This role is ideal for
early-career professionals
interested in automotive aftersales, dealer network support, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-growing EV organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and execution of
    spare parts sales strategies
    , including sales plans, margins, and parts mix.
  • Assist in the
    implementation of service packages
    and aftersales commercial initiatives.
  • Support
    customer retention and loyalty programs
    , promoting the use of genuine BYD spare parts.
  • Collaborate in the
    development and support of the dealer network
    , including:
  • National aftersales campaigns
  • Point-of-purchase (POP) materials
  • Digital catalogs and sales tools
  • Perform
    data planning and analysis
    , monitoring key KPIs such as:
  • Support
    theft prevention and control initiatives
    , including follow-up of stolen parts programs and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field
    .
  • Maximum 1–2 years of experience
    in:
  • Automotive spare parts
  • Aftersales operations
  • Dealer network support
  • Automotive marketing or commercial roles
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of
    dealer operations
    is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • English proficiency
    is a must.
