About The Role
We are looking for a
Record to Report Associate
to join our team. This is an
entry-level role
, ideal for candidates who want to start or grow their career in accounting and finance. In this position, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records and support key accounting processes that ensure compliance and operational excellence. Your work will contribute to accurate reporting and help drive Carrier's commitment to integrity and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
As a
Record to Report Associate
, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining the organization's financial records and transactions related to general accounting, general ledger, projects, and/or government accounting, by following procedures, guidelines, accounting policies, and control processes, ensuring accuracy of accounts.
- Compiling financial information to record transactions, preparing reports, and completing reviews to report accurate information.
- Establishing tables of accounts and assigning entries to proper accounts to ensure proper documentation.
- Preparing month-end journal entries and assisting in account reconciliation, projects, and internal and external audits.
- Researching technical accounting issues for compliance and ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Requirements

As a Minimum You Must Have
- University degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Theoretical knowledge of accounting principles.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or C1)
- Basic understanding of organizational processes and accounting systems.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge of government accounting standards.
- Familiarity with internal control processes.
