Purpose of the Job
The Total Rewards Analyst supports the execution and administration of regional benefits, compensation, and rewards programs. This role ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and works closely with its regional Rewards Director to align with the organization's global total rewards strategy. The Total Rewards Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company's competitive and comprehensive total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities

Execute the administration of benefits programs within the region, such as health and life insurance, retirement plans (if applicable), and wellness initiatives, ensuring alignment with local regulations
Assist in conducting market research and salary surveys to gather competitive compensation data, supporting the development of region-specific pay practices and ensuring compensation competitiveness
Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data to review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on total rewards metrics to support decision-making and strategy development
Coordinate and conduct the new colleague onboarding process and present benefit offerings to ensure colleagues gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions
Manage and resolve any escalated rewards-specific colleague inquiries
Monitor regional compliance requirements and provide administrative support to maintain alignment with local regulations
Support the implementation of rewards initiatives, assisting in the communication and rollout of any changes to compensation and benefits programs, and tracking the success of those programs over time

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

2+ years of experience in a similar analyst role for Compensation + Benefits
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese desirable)
Solid understanding of LATAM labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits-related compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in daily operations
Demonstrated ability to analyze compensation data, interpret market trends, and provide recommendations to leadership
Experience in a fast-paced, global organization preferred
High level of accuracy when entering and reviewing data to ensure integrity and compliance with regulations
Strong focus on delivering high-quality service, resolving colleague issues promptly, and maintaining a positive experience for all stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results
