$19,000 MXN / month (gross)

and play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities. You'll spearhead the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.
What You'll Do
- Candidate Sourcing:
Find and attract talent using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. - Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and job fit. - Candidate Presentation:
Prepare and present shortlists with detailed candidate profiles, summaries, and recommendations. - Client Collaboration:
Work closely with U.S. clients to understand job requirements, calibrate expectations, and share progress. - Track & Update your ATS:
Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the system. Ensure compliance and correct documentation. - Recruitment Strategy:
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to light-industrial positions and market conditions. - Relationship Building:
Build trust with candidates and clients through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (light-industrial recruitment preferred). - Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with warehouse, production, manufacturing, or labor roles and their requirements. - Communication Skills:
Strong English communication (written & spoken). Excellent interviewing and rapport-building abilities. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using ATS, job boards, sourcing tools, and platforms for remote collaboration. - Self-Management:
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, manage multiple reqs, and stay organized in a remote environment. - Education:
Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
