Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un Analista de Planeación Financiera (FP&A) con experiencia en entornos productivos, capaz de brindar soporte estratégico a través del análisis financiero, elaboración de presupuestos y proyecciones que impulsen la toma de decisiones dentro de la organización. Responsabilidades: • Desarrollo y análisis de presupuestos (budget) y pronósticos financieros (forecast). • Generación de proyecciones de flujo de caja y modelos financieros. • Administración y alimentación de reportes financieros usando tablas dinámicas y macros. • Seguimiento a coberturas (hedge) para mitigar riesgos cambiarios. • Análisis de desviaciones y propuestas de mejora. • Participación activa en auditorías internas y externas. • Apoyo en la toma de decisiones financieras estratégicas. • Colaboración con distintas áreas del negocio para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos financieros. Requirements Requisitos: • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contaduría, Economía o afín. • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones FP&A dentro de plantas productivas o entornos de manufactura. • Dominio de Excel (incluyendo tablas dinámicas y macros). • Nivel de inglés intermedio -avanzado (B2 mínimo). • Conocimientos en proyecciones hedge y coberturas cambiarias. • Habilidades de negociación, pensamiento analítico y comunicación efectiva.
