Position Purpose:

Provides the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Support Projects.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 2 and 3 axes .
  • Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization .
  • Support other departments .
  • RCCA Analysis .
  • Internal and external quality problems solution .
  • Create TMO'S .
  • Support the robust FA system .
  • Select technology tools; create tooling 3D models.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes, considering geometric tolerances and fabrication processes.
  • Knowledge in forming and drilling tools. CNC Programming.
  • Part Design & Generative Shape Design Platforms in CATIA V5.
  • Experience in drawings interpretation, corrective actions, MS Office.
  • Available to travel.
  • US Visa.
